Viewforth Place, one of the last roads to be built in Glen Hay, was extended in the summer of 2007 to make two more lots available.  Its completion opened up twelve new lots in Glen Hay.  Many of these lots have superior views of the upper western arm of Nantahala Lake, and all have good to excellent mountain views.  Six of the ten, lots 8,10, 11, 12, 13, and 52, are now sold.  Viewforth Place is scheduled for underground electrical service and paving later this year.
