The Glen Hay Marina and Commons are nearing their final configurations.  The upper image is an infrared aerial view of the marina and commons area, with an overlay added to illustrate the layout and planned features.  The stone wall surrounding the marina is shown in green.  Refinements to our plans have reduced the total number of marina lots from 10 to 9 and placed Lakefront Commons between marina lots 1 and 2.  Relocation of Lakefront Commons provides common lake access at a location which has gentler sloping entry into the lake, providing easier access for swimming.   Between the shoreline and the road, several picnic table sets provide an enticing setting for eating outdoors while enjoying the view of the lake immediately below.

The lower image is the preliminary survey of the marina and commons areas.   The marina road  is complete, and the marina final survey is done.  Marina stonework is complete,  the marina entrance and exit gates are installed, and the gates and marina lots have electric power.
